Out-of-network benefits
I don't bill insurance directly, but each month I give you a superbill to submit for possible reimbursement. To check your coverage, call the member services number on your insurance card and ask about out-of-network outpatient mental health benefits.
Lyra Health
If your employer offers Lyra, you may be eligible for a limited number of free sessions. We'll confirm your eligibility and how many sessions you have during your free 15-minute consult.
Payment and cancellations
Payment is due at each session by card through the secure client portal. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule; late cancellations and missed sessions are charged the full fee.
Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, if you're not using insurance, you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of your care. Ask me for one anytime, or visit cms.gov/nosurprises.
